The House Hotels were developed in the need of luxury city hotel concept missing in Istanbul. Under this concept, the hotels were built at the most popular locations in Istanbul, where the guests can have easy access to anything that the city offers (such as beautiful view of the Bosphorus, shopping, art galleries etc.). While the guests enjoy the city like a citizen, The House Hotel aims to make them comfortable and feel at home.

First of The House Hotels was opened in April 2010 at the historical Zenovitch building in Galatasaray. It is a four-floor apartment originally built in 1890; Autoban Design converted the building into The House Hotel Galatasary, keeping its original structure but adding modern touches. The House Hotel Galatasaray serves its customers with 20 suites and a terrace bar.

The second hotel was opened in July 2010 on the luxurious Abdi Ipekci Street (in the same building as the Prada store). The hotel is again designed by Autoban Design as a luxury city hotel with 45 rooms, a pilates studio and suites with the Bosphorus view.

The next hotel project is in Ortakoy at a historical building right by the Bosphorus across the famous Ortakoy Mosque. The hotel will have 27 suites with the Bosphorus view.
